Homemade kiwi milkshake. Milkshake with banana and kiwi

Kiwi milkshake A wonderful drink that will perfectly quench your thirst on a hot summer day. The wonderful, refreshing taste of this drink will be highly appreciated by both adults and, of course, children.

Making a kiwi milkshake is very simple and easy. At the same time, you can take the child as your assistant, and you will not be afraid that in the process of preparing a cocktail he will spoil something for you.

Ingredients for kiwi milkshake:

1. Milk - 1 glass

2. Kiwi - 1 piece
3. Ice cream - 3 tablespoons

How to make a kiwi milkshake:

Peel the kiwi and before we put it in the blender, cut it into small circles or slices. To make a kiwi milkshake, use this fruit in small quantities, even if you really like kiwi. Sour fruits, which include kiwi, give the milkshake a unique taste.

We turn the kiwi into a puree into a shaped mass in a blender.

Take the ice cream out of the refrigerator in advance to soften. Place the ice cream in a blender cup and beat everything well again. It is best to take the classic ice cream - creamy, or better yet, ice cream, and be sure to take it without any additives, so that during the process of preparing a milkshake with kiwi you do not have any unpleasant surprises.

Take the required amount of chilled milk. At the same time, look carefully at its packaging: the milk packaging should state that this product is a natural product. Otherwise, you will end up with a “flaky” finished milkshake.

Beat all the mixed ingredients again for at least 20-30 seconds. While our blender is preparing our kiwi cocktail, prepare glasses for it. It is advisable to take glass and tall glasses. If necessary, fill them with ice.

As soon as our kiwi milkshake is ready, immediately pour it into glasses. You can decorate the cocktail at your discretion with whipped cream and kiwi slices (you can let your child do this work) and serve.

Use kiwi milkshake allowed to everyone except those who are currently on a diet and want to lose excess body weight, because it turns out to be quite high in calories.

If your child has a weak throat, then it is best to prepare a cocktail without adding ice cream and without cooling the milk. Then your cocktail will be, although not so cooling, but still quite healthy.

I suggest you prepare a very tasty and healthy milkshake with kiwi and banana. It is healthy not only because it contains fruits and berries, but also because no sugar is added to this cocktail.

And yet the main benefit of this is precisely that it contains kiwi and banana. So, for example, a banana is useful because it contains vitamin C. Of course, the content of this vitamin in bananas is not as high as in kiwi, but this vitamin is still present in them. Bananas also contain B vitamins, which promote deep and healthy sleep, and also make hair stronger and skin clearer. Now I’ll tell you about the benefits of kiwi. These small juicy berries are literally a storehouse of nutrients and vitamins. Kiwi contains the most vitamin C (approximately 92 milligrams of this vitamin per hundred grams of weight). I think it’s not worth talking about how useful this vitamin is for our immunity; everyone already knows about it. In addition, kiwi contains B vitamins, as well as vitamins E, D and A. Kiwi also contains fiber, macro and microelements.

Naturally, milk is also very healthy. It contains a lot of calcium, which helps strengthen hair, nails and teeth. Let's quickly start preparing this healthy and delicious banana and kiwi milkshake. And first let's see what we need.

Ingredients:

One glass of milk (250 milliliters);

One large ripe banana;

Three ripe kiwis (it is important that the kiwis are ripe; if the kiwis are overripe, the cocktail will be bitter).

How to make a banana and kiwi milkshake:

Peel the banana and cut it into several pieces.

Using a kiwi knife or peeler, remove the skin and cut each fruit into four pieces.

Place the chopped banana and kiwi into a blender measuring cup.

Using a blender, grind the kiwi and banana into a homogeneous paste (it is better to grind at high speed).

Pour milk into the fruit and berry slurry. Beat the contents of the glass with a blender again (at low speed).

Pour the finished milkshake with banana and kiwi into a glass or a beautiful glass. If you wish, you can cool the resulting cocktail in the refrigerator before doing this. Also, if you want, you can decorate the finished cocktail. I sprinkled colored coconut on top of the shake. But you can use other decorations. For example, you can grate some chocolate and sprinkle the resulting shavings on top of the cocktail. You can also decorate a glass of cocktail with a circle of kiwi.

1 Before you start figuring out how to make a kiwi and banana smoothie, remember how healthy kiwi, banana and milk are. Let's get to work! First, peel the kiwi. Cut the fruit into slices. Save the best ones for decorating glasses. Cut the rest into small pieces.

2. In order to neutralize the sour taste of kiwi, it is better to add a few bananas to the smoothie. Rinse the banana under running water and dry with a towel or napkin. Remove the skin and cut the fruit itself into small pieces.

3. Place the chopped kiwi and banana pieces into a blender. Pour in the required amount of milk. Pay special attention to the fact that the milk must be pre-cooled in the refrigerator. Add a packet of vanilla sugar.

4. Beat all the listed ingredients in a blender in turbo mode for three minutes. Carefully add the caramel and vanilla ice cream to the blender with a spoon. Re-beat the ingredients in the mixer for 1 minute. The result should be a homogeneous liquid with foam.

A delicious kiwi milkshake is the perfect end to lunch or dinner if you serve this drink for dessert. Children will especially be delighted with this cocktail, because its taste will remind them of creamy ice cream with kiwi. The fruit will highlight the frothed milk and give it a light greenish color, and the black seeds will complement the unique image of the prepared cocktail. Try to choose ripe kiwi fruits for the drink that are soft when pressed, rather than dense, so that they taste sweet, otherwise you will have to add a little more granulated sugar.

Ingredients

You will need for 2 servings:

  • 1 large kiwi or 2 small ones
  • 350 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp. l. sugar or honey

Preparation

1. Peel the kiwi with a sharp knife, cut out a stalk from one edge - it goes deep into the fruit. Rinse the peeled fruit in water. Cut into thin slices or cubes so that the blender can chop them during the beating process.

2. Transfer the kiwi slices to the blender bowl. If you don’t have such equipment, then simply grind the kiwi into puree with a fork, put it in a deep bowl, pour in milk, add sugar and beat everything with a mixer at high speed, but be sure to cover the container with a bag or a special lid with a hole so as not to splash all around.

3. Pour sugar into the blender bowl, you can add a little vanilla sugar to taste.

4. Pour in chilled milk, preferably store-bought (without its own flavor).
