  • Butter yeast dough - 1 kg;
  • Sorrel - 600 gr.;
  • Sugar - 1 glass.

Cooking method:

1. Knead the yeast dough yourself. Or buy ready-made and let it rise a little.


2. When it has risen, press it down with your hands to prevent the dough from sticking. If necessary, sprinkle with a little flour. Roll into a thick sausage and cut into medium pieces. Roll out each piece into a flat cake.


It is advisable to leave the dough for 20-30 minutes so that the dough rises again.
